Terms & Conditions
This promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized and promoted by GULF FOOD COMPANY AMERICANA L.L.C (the “Company” or “Americana”) and is applicable across Hypermarkets in the United Arab Emirates.
This text is the contract that governs the relationship between the Company and you (the “Consumer(s)” or “Winner(s)”) regarding your participation in the Promotion. It is at the absolute discretion of the Consumer to participate in the Promotion and in doing so, unreservedly agrees to be subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein. The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Company will post any such on www.60dayswithamericana.com. You are solely responsible for regular review of the Terms and Conditions and the Company is under no obligation to notify you of such changes.
Article 1: Scope
a) The Promotion and online entry submissions will take place from 15th February , 2024, at 00:01 am until April 15th , 2024, at 11:59pm across Hypermarkets in the United Arab Emirates. The Company reserves the right to extend the last day for submission of entries without prior notice.
b) The Promotion is valid only in United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) for UAE residents only, aged 18 years old or older, in possession of a valid Emirates ID.
c) The Promotion will cover the participating products sold in the UAE only.
Article 2: Participation Conditions & Promotion Mechanism
a) This Promotion applies only to the Consumers who purchased Americana frozen products in UAE. To be eligible, the purchase must be done through Hypermarkets across the UAE, within the period of the Promotion from February 15th, 2024, at 00:01am until April 15th, 2024, at 11:59pm.
b) To enter the Promotion, the Consumer must buy AED 50 worth of Americana frozen products and connect online www.60dayswithamericana.com, enter their personal details, upload purchase receipt and receipt number, spin the digital wheel to win prizes.
c) The Promotion runs from February 15th, 2024, at 00:01am until April 15th, 2024, at 11:59 pm.
d) After this date, entries shall be closed and participation will no longer be possible, subject to any extension of the submission closing date by the Company.
e) The Consumer shall follow the instructions for the Promotion by filling out the online registration form in its entirety with his/her correct personal and purchase details: first name, last name, email address, phone number, region, and receipt number.
- I. The Consumer shall be responsible for providing his/her correct and complete information to participate in the Promotion. The Company will not be responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, or false information, and reserves the right to disqualify any participant that provides incomplete or incorrect information.
- II. Invalid entries (late, illegible, incomplete, and/or corrupt) will not be accepted.
- III. The consumer shall upload a full copy of the receipt indicating the date and time of purchase, as well as the receipt number and itemized list displaying participating products.
- IV. In the event that the same receipt is used for multiple entries, only the result of 1st entry will be considered.
f) The Consumer must spin the wheel online – www.60dayswithamericana.com for a chance to become an instant winner.
g) The Consumer will instantly find out the instant prize won.
h) The winning receipt will be checked and validated.
- I. If a Winner’s entry is valid, he/she will be contacted via their registered email address within 72 hours
i) The reasons for rejection may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- I. No receipt or if receipt is already used.
- II. Incorrect receipt/invoice number.
- III. Receipt picture unclear/unreadable.
- IV. Date of purchase is not within the official participation dates referenced above.
- V. Participating product not bought.
j) The employees of Americana and their immediate families (parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, in-laws, mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, son, and/or spouses) are excluded from the Promotion. Any participation of these persons in the Promotion in violation of these Terms and Conditions shall lead to automatic disqualification.
k) At any stage of the Promotion, if usage of unlawful methods or cheating by a participating Consumer is discovered, the same will result in disqualification of that Consumer and a ban of any further participation in the Promotion. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means to gain an advantage or otherwise is strictly prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification.
Article 3: Winners’ eligibility
a) The winners will receive a confirmation email once they win with details of the prize collection/delivery after the uploaded receipt has been verified
b) Winners are requested to present valid ID, Original invoice/receipt of their proof of purchase of the Americana products
c) If no response is received within 72 hours, the entry will be considered invalid and no prize will be given to the winner.
d) The Company shall not entertain any claim by the Winner(s) citing problems of a technical malfunction of his/her computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, or software while claiming the prizes in case if he/she is a lucky Winner.
e) The Company’s decision in all matters to conduct the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
f) If any Winner is subsequently found ineligible to participate in the Promotion, the Company may, at their sole discretion, forfeit or reclaim the prize and award or dispose of the same in any manner it deems fit.

a) Company's decision is final regarding the selection of Winners and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
b) Prizes will be awarded “as is” and the Company makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, concerning any prize, its use, value, or enjoyment.
Article 5: Intellectual Property Usage Rights & Legal Disclaimers
a) The Consumer hereby grants to the Company, at no cost, the unconditional, perpetual right and authority to publish and broadcast anywhere in the world, for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes and in any media, his/her name, image, likeness and/or photograph, video footage or audio record taken of him/her, taken during and for the purpose of the relevant promotions, except where prohibited by law.
a) Participation in the Promotion constitutes the Consumer's permission for the Company and its affiliated companies to use his/her name(s), personal information, and/or any statements made by him/her regarding the Promotion and advertising purposes only without notice or additional compensation, except were prohibited by law.
b) The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation to, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with the participation in the Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize.
Article 6: Promotion
a) If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation infection by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, act of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labor dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of the Company, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Company, to the fullest extent permitted by law, reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Promotion and/or the entry process. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer software and/or equipment, failure of any e-mail account or any combination thereof.
b) The Company reserves the right to alter/withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior intimation, including the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw in part or full all conditions of this Promotion including the right to substitute any prize for an item of equal value. The Company will be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate or modify the Promotion or to modify the T&Cs at any time prior to the closing date, by posting the revised Terms and Conditions at the following URL – www.60dayswithamericana.com.
c) The decision(s) of the Company in connection with all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and non-appealable.
d) In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the offer herein, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all concerned.
e) The laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern this Promotion.
f) By participating in this Promotion, Customer acknowledges that he/she has reviewed and accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
